All our products are Print-on-Demand (POD) and made especially for you.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size issues, color preferences, or change of mind.

✔ We Offer Replacement Only If:

• You received a damaged product

• You received a wrong product/design/model

• The print is poor quality or defective

Replacement Requirements

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Clear photos/videos of the issue

• Unboxing video (optional but helpful)

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided if:

• The item is out of stock

• The package is lost in transit

• A replacement is not possible

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, production begins.
